ROI provides children, age 8 weeks through 5 years, and their parents with a comprehensive approach to child and family development. Specifically designed to meet the needs of children of migrant and seasonal farmworkers, these programs prepare children for successful transition to school.

Child & Family Development Program  - Migrant Head Start provides multi-cultural educational and individualized child development programming.  Each of centers across Pennsylvania and the state of New Jersey meet the needs of children ages’ birth to five by providing curriculum based on the individual health and safety, nutritional and developmental needs of the children.  The program is designed to involve the parents in the development of their children, in program decision making, in volunteer efforts and as members of the center and the community at large.

Child & Family Development Program - Regional Head Start in PA:  Provides multi-cultural educational and individualized child development programming that  meets the needs of children ages’  4 & five by providing curriculum based on the individual health and safety, nutritional and developmental needs of the children.  The program is designed to involve the parents in the development of their children, in program decision making, in volunteer efforts and as members of the center and the community at large.
